1.Pulihora/Tamarind Rice

It is tangy, tasty, and healthy. Take 1/2 cup of brown rice and keep it for boiling. Now place a pan on medium heat and put 1 teaspoon ghee on it. Once hot add the mustard seeds, Kari leaves, peanut, rock salt, and Hing into it. Now take some tamarind and boil it in water. Strain these tamarind water and add it to the pan. Cook till it thickens and becomes a paste-like consistency. Now finally add the boiled rice and give it a good mix. That's it your Pulihora is ready to eat. It is a quick and healthy option.
2.Sprouts
Sprouts are germinated seeds of grains, lentils, and beans. Food can be prefixed with super when it is sprouted. With an increased amount of protein, fiber, antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals, sprouts hold the power to replace your daily multivitamin pills.

Our first step is washing the beans and then soak them in water for 8-10 hours. Soaking them in water softens their outer membrane allowing them to sprout. The next step is to drain the water. Once this is done we need a sprout bowl, strainer, or cloth. Spread the soaked pulse and spread them evenly so that they germinate well. Take 4 tablespoons of sprouts and add onion, tomato, coriander, grated ginger, rock salt, black paper, chat masala, a teaspoon of sesame oil, and squeeze the juice of a lemon over it mix them well and it is ready to have.
3.Ragi Malt

In a bowl mix 3 to 4 teaspoon of Ragi flour with a little bit of water enough to make a paste. Now boil 1 cup of water add salt add Ragi paste cook for 2-3 minutes and cool it down. Now add curd and lemon juice and give it a good mix. It is rich in Vitamin D, high Calcium, and also rich in fiber. It is a perfect breakfast for the weight watchers. Try it out.
4.Upma

It is the most common and healthy breakfast. Take 1 cup of semolina(Rava,suji) dry and roast it on low flame. Keep it aside. Now on a pan take 2 tbsp of oil,1 teaspoon mustard , Half teaspoon chana dal , Half teaspoon urad dal , dried red chilies, curry leaves .Give them a good mix. Now add chopped onion saute them well add green chili, ginger saute them . Now add 3 cups of water . Let it boil .Now add half teaspoon sugar , Half teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon of ghee. Mix well. Now add roasted Rava add it slowly and stir it continuously when water is absorbed simmer it for 5 minutes. When cooked well add half lemon, coriander, and mix well.Now it is ready to serve.
