In a pan add one glass of milk. .When it starts to boil add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric. Now add a pinch of black pepper. And 1/4 teaspoon of cow milk. Let the milk boil with these ingredients. That is now pouring in a glass and enjoy it.

1. Firstly take the stem of Giloy and wash it properly. Now take almost 10 inches bigger piece and cut it into smaller pieces. Now took out their rinds by using a knife. Now grind it by using a grinding stone or by using a mixer. Now take 4 cups of water and pour that mixture in it. Now put it on the stove on a low flame. Boil it for almost 25 minutes. Now stir it in two cups and take 1 in the morning and another in the evening.
4. Sattu Drink

Take 3 tablespoons of Sattu.1/2 teaspoon amchur powder 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder .2to3 chopped mint leaves. Few strands of coriander leaves.Pink salt as per taste . Half freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add one and half glass water and some ice cubes. Take them all in a grinder and blend together. Add a pinch of coconut sugar . Now add half teaspoon deseeded green chilies. Now that's it pour it in glass and enjoy your easy and super healthy drink.

In a blender take 1 cup of chopped beetroot. 1/2 cups of chopped carrot. Now add some water . Add some lemon juice as much as you like. Add three tablespoon of honey. Blend them together. Now stir it and the remaining carrot and beetroot blend them again and filter them. Now it is ready to drink.
