5 super healthy deserts you can try at home
This time I am gonna share with you some quick and healthy deserts which you can try at home. After reading this you need not stay away from sweets to keep you healthy and fit. So let's just start
1.Kadah(Atte ka halwa)

Put a pan on low heat and take 1/4 cup of ghee. Now in another pan take 3/4 cups of water and 1/4cup of jaggery powder now keep it on a low flame. On the other side when the ghee is hot pour 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour stir it gently and keep cooking it on a low flame until its color changes to brown and nice fragrance waft from the pan. By this time the water on the other side would have got hot. Now add this jaggery powder mixture to the pan and keep stirring to avoid any lumps. Keep stirring it and in few minutes you will see that ghee coming out to the sides. It is an indication that our Kadah is ready to serve you can top it with few almond pieces.
2.Coconut Ladoo
Recipe↠ Take a coconut and grind it. Now put a pan over a low flame now add freshly grated coconut into it. Now add 1/4 cup of coconut sugar syrup made by using coconut sugar and water. Keep stirring until the water gets evaporated and left with the thick consistency. This will help in binding the ladoo well. Now it is ready. Let it cool well. After about 5 minutes ladoo are ready to be made. NOw you can enjoy your sweet and healthy recipe.
3.Date Cake

Take 2 cups of dates(khajur).NOw take 1 cup of milk and soak it for 30 minutes. Put soaked dates in a grinder and blend them smooth. Take this smooth paste in a bowl and add 3/4 cup olive oil,1/4 cup curd blend them until smooth consistency. Now take a strainer and add 2 cups of wheat flour,1 teaspoon baking powder,1/2 teaspoon baking soda, pinch salt and sieve them properly. Now blend and mix them. Mix 1/2 cup of milk blend it. Now add 1/2 cup of walnut and 5 chopped dates. Now mix it well. Transfer it in a pot and top it with some walnuts. Now, bake it for 45 minutes. It is ready to serve.
4.Sweet Rice

Take half a cup of semi brown rice. And boil it. When they are boil put 2to3 teaspoon of ghee in it. And 2to3 tablespoon of jaggery powder .Give it a good mix. Finally, garnish it with almond. And it is ready to serve. It is a quick and simple recipe
5.Chocolate Brownie

In a blender take 3/4 cup of low-fat curd. Now add rolled oats, not instant oats . Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder, add 1/2 cup coconut sugar . Add 2-3 drops of vanilla essence,1/4 cup skim milk,1 teaspoon baking powder,1 whole egg,1/2 teaspoon instant coffee. Now blend all the ingredients properly. Now take a pot and grease it with coconut oil. Now place a butter paper over it. Now pour the batter into it . Now bake the brownie in preheated own for 15 minutes.NOw the brownies are ready to be served.
